The Ceramique line of bakeware is one of the first ceramic lines released by Wilton Industries, primarily known for their aluminum bakeware products. Realizing the material differences between stamped aluminum and ceramic, we wanted to create a line that emphasized the hand-crafted nature of the pieces, generally seen throughout in the tapering and sweeping arms. The line includes a broad range of pieces from the ramekins and bake pans (shown) to limited holiday pieces, such as the heart, which actually proved the most difficult to adapt to the overall aesthetic. Below are some of the ideas we proposed to set the various design directions.
